Key Features

- Combines RF front-end and flexible mixed-signal baseband with an integrated synthesizer and configurable digital interface to the host processor.
- Two independent direct-conversion receivers with excellent NF and linearity; each RX path includes independent AGC, DC-offset correction, quadrature correction and digital filtering.
- Direct-conversion transmitter achieves TX EVM < −40 dB with onboard TX power monitor for accurate power measurement.
- Fully integrated fractional-N PLL with FDD channel isolation plus on-chip VCOs and loop filters.
